You learned to blog. You figured out WordPress, Blogger, or Typepad. You can update Twitter and Facebook with the click of a button. You learned to create graphics with PicMonkey and embed Linky Tools. You know what page views and unique visitors are. You have advertisers on your site. You have a ‘media sheet’. You may have attended at some of the hottest blogging conferences around. You might even have public relations agency pitching YOU to work with them.
You’ve hit the big time right?

How much will it cost to make the jump?
This eCourse is designed to be affordable. It is nearly impossible to start any business today without some investment. In my ‘offline’ business, I coach professionals to get them started in their own social media consultancy – and my fees start at $6,000. If you aren’t quite ready for that level of coaching and training, my Mom Blogger to Social Media Professional eCourse is a perfect fit! So. Enough chit chat!
Really, how much does the eCourse cost?
So why am I offering this eCourse at such a discount?
Because I can! No, seriously, a lot of it has to do with the fact that I’m also a mom who blogs and runs a thriving digital media consultancy and coaching practice! My day is filled with client calls, meetings, and lots of work all while catering to the two most demanding bosses I’ve ever known – my 11 year old daughter and 5 year old son! It’s no shock that I also need to run my kids to voice lessons, baseball, Girl Scouts, pack lunches, make dinner, run to doctors appointements (and let’s not forget my poor husband!) all while running a household. My time is limited same as yours. Because of that, providing eCourses is a great way for me to help more people and still devote time to my family and friends.
So why is Lynette qualified to offer this eCourse?
For the past 15 years I - that’s me, Lynette Young – have started, founded, and operated several businesses. Some business endeavors worked out just fine and one left me in debt – even with success. My current business is deeply rewarding and profitable. Every single business taught me a valuable lesson on how to grow and support a thriving business on my own. After 14 years of self-employment and entrepreneurship and 10 years of climbing the corporate ladder, I can share that experience with you here in my eCourse.
So, what does running multiple businesses have to do with teaching you how to become a social media professional?
I started blogging in 1997. Really. I
was am a geek and coded it by hand, copying and pasting my older content to an archive page so that the ‘front page’ of my online journal could be for new content. What I would have given for WordPress back then!
As far as my experience goes… I’ve consulted at Fortune 500 companies. I’ve assisted marketing and public relations agencies in getting their own ‘social media’ department up and running. I’ve worked on projects through agencies that have grown to some of the most pivotable pieces of marketing a brand has produced. I’ve coached mom bloggers into becoming social media professionals and earning income to help replace their husband’s income after a layoff. I have spoken at nearly 100 conferences and run dozens of training seminars. I host a weekly digital media video show viewed by thousands. I wrote a book titled “Google+ for Small Businesses” (Publisher: Pearson / Que Biz Tech).
And I still blog … 16 years later.
Did I mention I have almost 1,000 connections on LinkedIn, almost 2,000 friends and subscribers on Facebook, over 14,000 followers on Twitter, and over 1.5 million followers on Google+? (Note: As I will teach you, ‘numbers’ don’t mean anything and they certainly don’t equal success. I’m sharing the size of my social graph here just to demonstrate that I’ve been at this a loooooong time.)

Ready to get started?
First thing first – sign up below to enroll in my eCourse! After registering, you will receive a questionnaire from me for you to fill out before the course starts. Your answers are for your eyes only, but you will be referring to the sheet during the next 12 weeks. My suggestion is to find a 3-ring binder or make a dedicated folder on your computer (no paper – go green!) to keep your materials.
Lets get started! I’m excited to have you in the eCourse!
It is a lot to take in and consider. I mean, it’s not every day that you decide to launch your own professional business! So noodle on it a bit. Talk it over with friends or family – just know that they only want the very best for you and will do their best to protect you from risk. So I will make you this offer. If after receiving the first training week (Week 1) you feel that making the jump into becoming a social media professional isn’t for you, email me and I will refund your money*. The last thing I want is for you to feel locked into my eCourse when you aren’t ready to make real money as a social media professional.* You will be removed from the training program after Week 1 and no longer receive materials, discounts, or access to my exclusive and private eCourse Alumni group on Facebook.
