This is a great video I wanted to pass along from Gary Vaynerchuk from Wine Library TV and the author of Crush It. The message here is as a company, you have to respond to what your customers are doing and needing RIGHT NOW. Not a year from now after the reports are collated. Not based on assumptions you make about customers from past habits. NOW is what matters. Don’t wait to adapt, don’t sit it out until it seems safe, don’t draw lines in the sand. This world will pass you by in a heartbeat.
There is not one thing that Gary ever says that isn’t backed by experience, hard work, and trial by fire. I love his style, his no-bull Jersey attitude, and his business sense. I highly suggest that if you don’t already follow him on his blog and Twitter, stop reading this for a moment and go do it!
