Your video response was bang on. Who wants to 'smell' is correct, and especially like Old Spice.
I feel it will cause more people to look at how they smell, and go with Ivory or other non smelling soaps and body products.

The video was funny and got a lot of hits. I fail to believe it resulted in sustainable sales increases, if any. They reported 17% increase (whatever that means) and claim is directly related to the video.

Where is the after video discussions and connections with the customer? Increased followers or fans is not successful without conversation.

Great video and you are doing wonderful things online!!

Wildly successful in getting watched. There were reports of increased sales, and discussions whether they were truly accurate. It was an exciting funny video - period.

I do not believe it was successful in regards to sustained sales as where is the follow-up? Where is the continued engagement with the customers, and people that were excited by the video?

I find that there is seriously something missing in determining what is considered successful in the Social Media world.
Am I missing something?

Thanks

Thank you very much for the compliment. I do agree that the old spice campaign was a great Idea and wildly successful. I just don't like Old Spice and I don't like someone making people feel less than.

Hugs I hope you are having a great weekend!
